BANQUET AGREEMENT

Notes
Our Banquet Packages are designed to suit your particular needs. So you can get a range of possibilities from Buffet Style Packages, Individual Dinners, or Family Style Dining. However, our management team will be happy to modify any of these packages to meet your requirements. Private banquet rooms require a minimum of 35 guests.

TUSCANY Steak and Pasta House will provide beverages, unless special arrangements have been made.

Billing will be based on the number of guests confirmed 72 hours before the event, plus any additional guests.

Room Charge and Deposit
TUSCANY Steak and Pasta House does not charge for Private Banquet Rooms, however, we require a minimum of 35 guests and a selection from our Banquet Packages.

Our banquet rooms accomodates up to 85 people per room therefore TUSCANY Steak and Pasta House reserves the right if necessary to transfer any party under 32 people to half room divided by portable wall to ensure your privacy.

Private rooms require $100 minimum non-refundable deposit, applied to the final bill.

The deposit is due upon the confirmation of your reservation.
A gratuity of 15% will be applied on food and beverage service.
